Abstract

In this work, there will be words about the importance of the human resources function for the efficient functioning of every enterprise. People as the potential of the organization represent its creative and driving force. A new systematization will be highlighted through the introduction of a methodology in the public utility company, which aims to change the way jobs are valued. ?he research method is a case study. The goal of introducing the methodology is even and equal evaluation of jobs, which leads to increased efficiency and effectiveness in the work process, which will greatly improve the process of human resource management.
