Abstract

First, we outline the general trends of globalization. We point out how this has influenced International Human Resource Management (IHRM) trends. After that, we briefly refer to how COVID -19 affected the HR practices of foreign-owned companies. In the next part of our article, we will show how similar the HR practice was in the case of domestic and foreign-owned companies in Hungary in the light of our research conducted during the first and second wave of Covid 19. In our study, we try to show that there is a difference between the HR practices of domestic and foreign-owned companies and organizations.
