Abstract

The theory of efficiency wages and different wage calculation models are the subject of numerous scientific analyzes and discussions. This scientific work points on the specificities of the labor market, but also their relevance in modern conditions. The main goal of the work is to present models of effective wages, as a function of engagement, productivity and commitment of workers. Precisely defined research objectives determined the structure of this work, as well as the methodological instrumentation. The offered models have certain limitations, but also numerous expansion possibilities.
