Abstract

The goal in this paper is to reach set of methods applied in forecasting of sustainability of public debt through literature review. Analysis of pros and cons for identified methods will give set of appropriate methods to estimate Serbian public debt. Descriptive statistics would be applied to analyse quality of chosen variables for assessment dynamics of Serbian public debt in period 2012 to 2022, as precondition for stochastic methods use.
