Abstract

Knowledge and knowledge worker are the most important resources in the knowledge economy. Collaborative climate, defined as a “permeability” of human infrastructure for knowledge exchange, is a specific aspect of organizational culture. The Collaborative Climate Assessment instrument developed by Sveiby and Simons (2002) identifies and measures collaborative climate. In this paper validity and reliability of the Instrument were tested. The research was conducted on a sample of 283 respondents in Serbia.
