Abstract

Negative migration, including individuals with higher education and in the early stages of their professions, has been ongoing for many decades. It is essential to keep talented young people in the nation by creating an environment that enables them to reach their full potential and respond to their requirements. This research intends to examine the factors that drive Generation Z individuals to emigrate from their home country. The authors conducted a systematic literature review by accessing several databases such as Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus.
