Abstract

The digitalization of financial services, which is rapidly expanding, brings numerous changes through mobile banking, digital payments, and fintech innovations. The aim of this paper is to analyze global and regional trends and their application in Serbia. The study utilized secondary source analysis and a comparative method. The results indicate growth in digital services, accompanied by various regulatory and user trust challenges. Further development depends on regulatory support and digital education.
