Development of Economy and Society in Interaction with the Evolution of Technology

Abstract

The ways of cooperation and crossroads of science and technology with public policy are many and
different. The goal is to point out the causality in the development of the economy and society with the trends of
emerging technologies and their evolutionary tendency. An exciting period of technological change is ahead of us. But
how will these new breaks affect the economy and society as a whole and what are their implications for politics? Is
there a worldwide trend as a continuous activity in defining and selecting a technological flux due to the fact that the
technological landscape is constantly changing, which simultaneously affirms but also devalues existing data?
Environmental behavior control best suits the development and adoption of technology, innovations and investments.
The task is to promote a climate that promotes technological innovation.
The subject of the research for this work was the following areas: Standards and conformity assessment, selective
support for commercial technologies and controversy of synergy responsibility in the field of civil technology,
information technology and maintenance of information infrastructure including cryptographic tools for information
protection, aeronautical technology, biomedical technology, infrastructure and industrial systems, geographic spatial
development aspects, continuous education technologies and training and the labor force, as well as the international
context of innovation and investment in research and development, all due to technological competitiveness.
In this paper, we will try to establish the links between science and engineering research in the changing world, and
create forecasts for economic policies that can strengthen the links between the scientific research sphere and national
goals.
Target expectations are: development of new technologies and adaptation of existing technologies to meet defined
needs. Public policy is needed that relates to technology and its applicability through civilization messages. We have
come to digitalism, globalization and digital darwinism that offer a great opportunity for accelerated reduction of the
technological gap and entry into the processes of cooperation based on equal partnership.
