Abstract

This article aims to identify research related to artificial intelligence (AI) and project management (PM), mainly through an analysis of Google Scholar literature selected by clearly defined search criteria. The paper also makes a systematization of areas in which businesses can benefit from the application of AI on PM activities. The results show that the number of titles containing the words “project management” & “artificial management”, as well as “project management” & “AI” has increased enormously in recent years, which makes the importance of this research issue obvious.
